She was amazing. The only problem I had was I paid $125 and it was honestly only 45 minutes. I get massages quite frequently and I’ve never paid that much for &45 minutes. If it was just rating my masseuse I would give a 5 star. Because of the time I probably won’t return

I cannot say enough incredible things about Ralph and Melissa. They are truly exceptional at what they do. I’ve struggled with significant pain, and their skill, knowledge, and attentiveness have made a world of difference for me. They take the time to listen, understand what’s going on, and tailor each session thoughtfully. I honestly don’t know how I managed before finding them. They deserve so much recognition for the care they provide. Unfortunately, my experience with most of the front desk staff has been very different. While I continue to come back because of the therapists, interactions at the front can sometimes feel impersonal and, at times, challenging. A warmer and more customer-focused approach would really elevate the overall experience to match the outstanding quality of the therapists. That said, Ralph and Melissa are the reason I remain a loyal client.
